Guests are requested to read and understand the Cancellation, Refund, Relocation, Reschedulement and other Policies applicable before making a booking via our website, other third party websites or applications, or through offline channels like any third parties, advertisements, referrals etc.
1) Cancellation Policy:
- Standard Days : Get a 100% refund for cancellations made at least 5 days prior to your arrival date.
- Blackout Dates : For cancellations made within 15 days of the check-in date, no refund will be provided.

2) Cancellation by Seven Sands Policy:
In the event of a cancellation by Seven Sands, we will provide either an alternative accommodation or a full refund, at our sole discretion.
3) Reschedulement Policy:
- Guests can request a reschedule only up to 15 days before the check-in date.
- A Rescheduling Charge + Taxes will apply for each rescheduling request.
- If the tariff for the new dates is higher than the original booking, the difference in tariff + applicable GST must be paid in addition to the rescheduling charge.
- The rescheduling charge will apply each time a booking is rescheduled.
This policy aligns with our cancellation policy.
4) Processing Refunds :
- Refunds, if owed to guests, will be processed by Seven Sands within 7 working days.
- A nominal cancellation fee of 5% will be deducted from the refund amount.
- This fee covers payment gateway charges and minimal processing expenses.
5) Early Check-in and Late Check-out Policy:
- Standard Timings :
Check-in: 2:00 PM
Check-out: 11:00 AM
- Complimentary Early Check-In :
We’re happy to accommodate an early check-in at 1:00 PM at no extra cost, provided there is no booking at the villa the night before. Please confirm availability with us one day prior to your arrival.
- Paid Early Check-In :
If you wish to check in earlier than 1:00 PM (earliest possible is 10:00 AM), it is subject to availability and additional charges of 20% of the nightly tariff.
- Complimentary Late Check-Out :
You may enjoy a late check-out at 12:00 PM at no extra cost, provided the villa has no booking for the same day. We can confirm availability for this by 10:00 AM on your departure day.
- Paid Extended Check-Out :
If you wish to extend your stay beyond 11:00 AM, charges will apply as follows :
Up to 2:00 PM: 20% of the nightly tariff
Up to 5:00 PM: 40% of the nightly tariff
Post 5:00 PM: Full-night charges
Note : Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and can only be confirmed closer to the requested time. Decisions regarding these adjustments are at the discretion of Seven Sands.
6) Security Deposit :
- Refundable Security Deposit :
A refundable security deposit of ₹5,000 is required at the time of check-in. This deposit can be conveniently paid via UPI or GPay, and a receipt
will be provided for your reference. The deposit will be fully refunded at check-out, provided there is no damage to the property during your stay.
- Additional Deposit for Hookah Usage :
If you plan to use Hookah during your stay, an additional security deposit of ₹5,000 will be required, making the total security deposit ₹10,000.
We kindly request our guests to exercise caution while handling Hookah, especially the coal, to ensure the safety of everyone and to prevent any damage to the property.
7) Music Rules :
Music Post 9:00 PM
- After 9:00 PM, any music should be limited to indoor spaces with the volume kept low to avoid disturbing others.
- Playing music in outdoor areas is strictly prohibited after this time.
Respect for Neighbors
- We ask guests to be mindful of the neighboring villas, ensuring no disturbances are caused during their stay.
- Please avoid using foul language or engaging in activities that could disrupt the peace of the surrounding community.
8) Pet Policy :
At Seven Sands, we welcome pets to join their owners on a memorable stay with a few guidelines to ensure a comfortable experience for all our guests:
- Cleaning Fee :A cleaning fee of ₹1,000 is applicable for each pet accompanying the guests.
- Swimming Pool Access : For hygiene and safety reasons, pets are not allowed inside the swimming pool.
- Security Deposit : An additional refundable security deposit of ₹5,000 per pet is required, which is separate from the standard security
deposit of ₹5,000 for the villa and the ₹5,000 deposit for hookah usage, if applicable.
9) Liability :
- Guest Responsibility :
Any risks arising from accessing or using our accommodations, participating in experiences or events,
or engaging with other guests (either in-person or online) are solely the responsibility of the guest. Seven Sands and its affiliates will not be held
liable for any incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, system failures, or any form of personal
injury, emotional distress, or damages resulting from the use of our services. This includes:
- Inability to use the property or services
- Interactions with other individuals facilitated through our services
- Power and Backup Services :
In the event of an electricity failure, Seven Sands provides inverter backup at all properties to minimize
inconvenience. However, the duration of the backup depends on usage. Generator backup is available at a charge of ₹500 per hour. Please note, since power
in tourist towns is managed by government utilities, restoration may take longer than in urban areas. Seven Sands cannot be held liable for power outages,
and no refunds will be issued in such cases.
- Pool Safety :
For safety reasons, there is no lifeguard on duty at our pools. Guests must be able to swim, or bring their own floatation
devices. Children must always be accompanied by an adult near the pool area. Seven Sands will not be liable for any accidents or injuries that occur in or
around the pool.
- Personal Belongings :
Guests are responsible for securing their personal belongings. Any items left unattended or unsecured will not be the responsibility of Seven Sands. Please ensure valuables are stored safely in a locked cupboard.
- Parking :
Guests must park their vehicles in designated parking areas, ensuring they do not obstruct other vehicles. Parking is done at the guest's own risk, and Seven Sands is not liable for any damage or loss to vehicles.
- Insects and Pests :
As some Seven Sands properties are located near nature reserves, guests may encounter insects or pests more frequently
than in urban areas. We recommend closing doors and windows at sunset to minimize the entry of insects. Seven Sands is not responsible for the presence of
pests, but our ground team will take immediate action to address any issues if reported.
- Wi-Fi Connectivity :
Due to various external factors, Wi-Fi network fluctuations may occur. While Seven Sands will make efforts to resolve
any issues through our service provider, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. No refunds will be provided for connectivity issues.
10) Basic House Rules :
- Smoking Policy: Smoking of any kind, including tobacco, nicotine, e-cigarettes, and cannabis products, is strictly prohibited inside the property.
Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas such as balconies, terraces, or gardens. A fine of INR 2500 will be imposed for violations.
- Parties & Events: DJ parties and large events are not permitted on the premises to maintain a tranquil environment for all guests.
- Guest Numbers: We maintain a strict limit on the number of guests allowed at each property. The maximum number of guests per villa is listed on our website.
Please ensure this limit is respected during your stay.
- Noise Levels: We ask that all guests maintain a respectful noise level. Loud music, shouting, or yelling is not permitted. Additionally, audible noise outside the
property after 10:30 PM, especially disturbing neighbors, is prohibited.
- Respect for Neighbors: Please respect the privacy and peace of the surrounding community. Any behavior that invades the privacy or disrupts the safety and comfort
of neighbors is not allowed.
- Illegal Activities: Any illegal activities, including but not limited to drug use, gambling, illegal downloads, or file-sharing, are strictly forbidden. This
includes actions carried out using our property’s internet connection or personal devices.
- Prohibited Content & Activities: Production of explicit content or engaging in activities such as prostitution is not allowed on our property.
- Hazardous Items: For safety reasons, we prohibit the use of dangerous items such as candles, lighters, fireworks, or any other materials that could pose a fire
or safety hazard.
- Weapons: Firearms or other weapons are strictly prohibited unless carried by authorized law enforcement personnel or licensed security personnel on duty.
- Outdoor Obstructions: Guests should refrain from placing personal items, signage, garbage, or food outside the property unattended.
- Maintaining Cleanliness: We ask that all guests keep the property in a sanitary condition. Excessive trash, vomiting, or attracting pests by leaving food or making
messes will not be tolerated.
- Alterations to the Property: Any modifications, alterations, or movements of furniture or property items are not permitted. Please do not make any changes to the
property or its contents.
- Soliciting or Loitering: Solicitation or loitering around the property is not allowed, ensuring the privacy and security of all guests.
- Commercial Use: Photography, film, or videography for commercial purposes requires prior written consent from Seven Sands.
- Personal Use Only: Our properties are intended solely for personal accommodation and relaxation. Use for any commercial, business, or other non-accommodation
purposes is strictly prohibited.
11) Others :
- Respect and Conduct:We operate under a zero-tolerance policy towards discrimination, harassment, or any form of violence. All guests and staff should treat each other with dignity and respect. Seven Sands is a safe space for everyone, and we expect all individuals to abide by these standards during their stay.
- Guests and Visitors:You may invite guests to the property, but they must be pre-approved by Seven Sands in writing. During your stay, you are responsible for supervising your guests. If the number of guests exceeds the approved limit, additional fees of up to 100% of your daily rate per unauthorized guest may apply, and your stay may be terminated. We may also request identification documentation for your guests, such as passports or other valid forms of ID.
- Pets : Seven Sands properties are pet-friendly, but we ask that you inform us in advance if you plan to bring pets. Pets are not allowed in the swimming pool, and any violation of this policy will result in a fine of INR 10,000. Please ensure you clean up after your pets and dispose of waste appropriately to keep the property clean.
- Supplies and Houseware : We provide an initial supply of essential household items and toiletries. Additionally, linens and kitchenware are available for your use. If any items are removed from the property, you will be charged for their replacement according to Seven Sands’ Terms.
- Amenities : Only the amenities listed in your booking confirmation are available during your stay. Please follow any posted instructions and use the amenities at your own risk. Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult when using any shared spaces or amenities.
- Parking : Parking instructions will be provided in your booking confirmation. If you or your guests use any recommended parking options, please adhere to all parking signs, instructions, and applicable laws. Seven Sands is not liable for any violations of parking policies.
- Safety and Security : Your safety is our priority. Please familiarize yourself with and comply with all fire, health, and safety regulations. Both you and your guests are responsible for ensuring your safety while on the property.
- Reporting Damages : If you notice any damage to the property or its contents during your stay, please report it to us in writing, regardless of whether you believe the damage is minor or due to normal wear and tear. Failure to report damage may result in deductions from your security deposit for repairs or replacements.
- Communication : Our property management team or associated professionals may be on-site to assist you during your stay. Please direct any requests or inquiries to them using the contact information provided to you.
- Additional Instructions : You may receive additional instructions during your stay. These will be considered "House Rules," as outlined in Seven Sands’ Terms. Please ensure you and your guests follow these instructions, and feel free to contact us if you have any questions.
By booking with Seven Sands, you acknowledge that you are responsible for following these policies and ensuring your guests do the same. This includes keeping the property clean and in the same condition as when you arrived. We hope you have a memorable and enjoyable stay!
