  • Cancellation up to 120 hours before check-in: You will receive a full refund of the advance amount.
  • Cancellation within 120 hours of check-in: The advance amount will be forfeited, and no credit will be issued.

Ans: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa. However, guests can smoke on the balcony or in the designated canopy area.

Ans: Hookah Policy
An additional deposit of ₹5,000 is required for guests wishing to consume hookah during their stay. Please note that hookah is allowed only in the outdoor areas of the villas.

Ans: Yes, each villa features a kitchen equipped with an induction plate, cookware, fridge, water purifier, and microwave. You'll also find cutlery, crockery, and glassware available for your use.
Pool Timings: The pool is accessible from 9 AM to 8 PM.

Ans: Yes, all our villas are equipped with a 100 KVA generator that ensures uninterrupted power for all facilities, including ACs, fridge, geysers, microwave, lights, and fans during power cuts.

Ans: Yes, a refundable security deposit of ₹5,000 is required at check-in for all villas. Payment can be made via UPI/Gpay, and the deposit will be refunded at check-out if no damage is found.
